Mapperty was born out of a simple but powerful realization: the Surveying and Architectural industries were bogged down by inefficiency, fragmentation, and outdated processes.

Our story begins with Gsource, the first venture founded by Sandeep Mahadik. While building one of the leading service providers in drafting and design support, Sandeep recognized a critical gap- AEC professionals needed tools that could combine speed, accuracy, and automation without adding complexity.

Sandeep’s vision led to Mapperty in 2023, which was designed as a SaaS-based, app-driven platform with Richard Scotland, an experienced and certified claims adjuster. Mapperty harnesses AI/ML and cloud-powered workflows to bring structure and standardization to industries that have long been chaotic.
