This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Mapperty Quickplot and Mapperty Spaceview web and mobile applications accessible via www.mapperty.com and the iOS App Store (collectively, the “Service”).

    • a. Personal Information: Name, company name, email, phone number(if provided), Account login information (such as hashed passwords), Billing and payment information (processed via Stripe or other payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers).
    • b. Project, Inspection & Scan Data: When you create projects and use the Spaceview flow, you may upload or generate:
      • Floor plans and drawings, such as PDFs, AutoCAD DWG files, Revit RVT models, and similar CAD/BIM formats
      • LiDAR and point-cloud data captured from LiDAR-capable iPhones or other hardware (e.g., USDZ, LAS, LAZ, XYZ, E57, and similar formats)
      • 3D models and supporting project files
      • Images and media (e.g., .png, .jpeg) and other documents (work orders, inspection diagrams, sketches, notes, etc.)
      • Text descriptions about what you want modeled, Level of Detail, file formats, project notes, and other instructions.
    • c. Automatically Collected Data: When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:
      • IP address
      • Browser type and version
      • Device type and operating system
      • App usage information and interaction logs
      • Pages or screens viewed, links clicked, and time spent
      • Cookie identifiers, mobile identifiers, and similar tracking data

    We use the information we collect for purposes including:
    • Project processing – to review your project, assess the scope, generate quotes, and create Deliverables (Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, models, PDFs, and related outputs).
    • Order management – to update your project status (e.g., Under Review, Quote Received, Model in Production, Revised Files Ready) and provide order details.
    • Payments – to process payments, send receipts/invoices, and manage billing histories.
    • Customer support – to respond to your questions, resolve issues, and provide technical assistance.
    • Improvement and analytics – to monitor usage patterns, improve performance, develop new features, and enhance user experience.
    • Security and fraud prevention – to protect the Service, investigate suspicious activity, and enforce our Terms.
    • Legal compliance – to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, or to protect our legal rights.
